OUR RETURN / EXCHANGE / REFUND POLICY
We want you to love your purchase. We will gladly refund, exchange or replace your item within 30 days of purchase. All returns and exchanges must be new and unwashed, unaltered, free from odor (eg. smoke, perfume or laundry detergent) and dirt (eg. make-up or pet hair) with the company hang tags still attached. We do not accept items that have been washed. A refund/exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to approval by our Customer Service Department.
Please note that all SALE items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return, exchange or refund with the exception of our Annual Pant Sale.
A customer service representative will review your request, and if approved, will issue an RA number (Return Authorization Number). To help expedite your return please mark the outside of your returning package with this RA number and include your packing slip. Please allow 1-2 business days for a response.
For added ease we will provide a return shipping label, but the cost of postage will be deducted from your refund. Please email us at: email@example.com and we will send you a label that can be printed from home, attached to your package and dropped in your mailbox for your regular USPS mail carrier to pick up or you can also drop it your local post office. Return labels are US only. International customers please send return shipment via a traceable carrier. Items being returned for store credit receive free return shipping.

Return and exchange requests are processed Monday through Friday and credits will be issued to either your credit card or PayPal account. Customers will be notified via email once we’ve received and processed your returning item(s). frannegolde.com is not responsible for tracking your credit with your financial institution, please give the process up to five (5) business days to arrive to your account. If you have past the 30-day deadline, your refund will be issued via email in the form of a FranneGolde.com gift card.
Free Shipping for Exchanges
To exchange your item(s) please call or email our Customer Service team to let us know what item you would like to exchange. If the new item is in stock we will ship it to you directly and include a free return label in your package for your original item to be sent back. There are no additional charges for exchanging an item. Exchange items must be of an equivalent price as the original item purchased. If the exchange item is marked at a lower price than the original we will credit you the difference once original item is received.
If an item you purchased goes on sale for a lower price within 72 hours of your original purchase, we will gladly refund the difference upon request.
Checking Your Return & Refund Status
If you have not received your refund, please first check the delivery status of your return package by using the carrier’s tracking number. If it has been 5 business days since it was delivered and you have not received your refund, you may email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to check the status of your return.
